The Monnow Valley Collection

  Monnow valley is curating two groups of works available for loan to accredited museums, based on Nicholas Ardizzone's holdings.

   Edward Ardizzone: Writer, Illustrator, War Artist and Print-Maker.

   A small exhibition of about 60 items covering all aspects of the artist's work from early paintings, watercolours, book illustrations including some for Little Tim and etchings and lithographs. Hire fee applies depending on size and length of tour.

    Edward Ardizzone: A Born Illustrator

    Approximately 60 works made by Ardizzone as illustrations for his own books and those of other people, including original illustrations for Little Tim, Stig of the Dump, Nurse Matilda, Pictures on the Pavement, The Suburban Child, Nine Lives of Island Mackenzie, More Prefabulous Animiles etc.. Hire fee applies depending on size and length of tour.
